I stayed at Secret Paradise in Ella for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The location is perfect, just a 10-minute walk from the center through beautiful tea plantations. It's a peaceful oasis away from the busy and noisy town. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with good WiFi. The highlight was definitely the terrace, where I could relax in a hammock and listen to the jungle sounds, including the mesmerizing fireflies. The breakfasts were huge and the best I had in Sri Lanka, with both local and continental options. Nalin, the host, was incredibly helpful and welcoming, and his mom's cooking was sensational. Secret Paradise provides incredible value for what you get.
